Rachel Murphy was deeply upset by the horrific experience his five pound dog Toto went through over the weekend. Rachel says that a hairdresser taped Toto r's jaw shut after the dog had been bitten. As a result, Toto r became bloody and upset.
Rachel recounted, "My dog was clearly in distress. What I thought was a muff turned out to just be tape. Toto r's paws were visibly red and injured, with the toenails cut too close to the paw, which likely provoked his biting reaction."
